Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs. red potatoes cut into wedges
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tsp. minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese plus extra for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut the red potatoes into wedges and place them in the slow cooker.
