  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup Mexican-style rice cooked
  • ½ cup black beans cooked
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup guacamole
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • 1 lb flank steak, trimmed
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Prepare the Steak:
  • Season the flank steak with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill the Steak:
  • Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
  • Rest the Steak:
  • Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
  • Assemble the Burritos:
