Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional for extra heat

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped for garnish
  • Grated Parmesan for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water; reserve ½ cup of the pasta water, then drain.
  • Prepare Chicken: Coat chicken in Cajun seasoning. Cook the chicken in olive oil over medium heat until done. Set aside.
  • Make sauce: After Melting butter in the same skillet, sauté garlic and add heavy cream. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  • Combine and Serve: Add pasta and chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat. Adjust thickness with pasta water if needed. Serve hot.
