- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (bite-sized pieces)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional for extra heat

Cook Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water; reserve ½ cup of the pasta water, then drain.
Prepare Chicken: Coat chicken in Cajun seasoning. Cook the chicken in olive oil over medium heat until done. Set aside.
Make sauce: After Melting butter in the same skillet, sauté garlic and add heavy cream. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
Combine and Serve: Add pasta and chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat. Adjust thickness with pasta water if needed. Serve hot.
