- 2 lbs 900g boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 packet 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet 1 oz au jus gravy mix
- ½ cup 1 stick unsalted butter
- 6-8 whole pepperoncini peppers plus 2 tbsp of juice from the jar
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
