  • 1 frozen banana provides creaminess and natural sweetness
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt optional, for added protein and extra creaminess
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional, for added sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Blend Base Ingredients: Add the coconut milk, matcha powder, and spinach to a blender. Blend until smooth, ensuring the spinach is well incorporated.
  • Add Frozen Fruits: Add the frozen banana, mango, and Greek yogurt (if using). Blend again until the smoothie is thick, creamy, and fully mixed.
  • Adjust Sweetness: Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if you’d like extra sweetness. Blend briefly to incorporate.
  • Adjust Thickness: For a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend. If you prefer a thinner texture, add a bit more coconut milk until it reaches your desired consistency.
